A1 Framing Supplies Warehouse is owned and operated in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia by Kerry Hart and Jenny Godfrey. In 1996 we opened the do-it-yourself picture framing warehouse to operate alongside our custom picture framing business, Bizarre Framing which had been operating since 1993.
At Windsor, a northside suburb of Brisbane we have a factory where we sell all do it yourself picture framing equipment, mouldings, mat boards, backing boards, glass and accessories needed for successful picture framing at home.

LOGAN 850 PLATINUM EDGE MAT CUTTER We have decided to run an end of financial year special on these mat cutters. The 850 is normally $992.00, but for June they will be $800.00, until stocks run out.

FRAMING CLASSES Hello everyone,
We have had heaps of enquiries about our framing classes.
We probably wont be running classes this year, but our teacher Deb is still running the same classes at Stafford Heights State School - so that is the best place to contact if you are wanting to learn how to frame.
Stafford Heights State School run classes all year round, and Deb does private classes for one on one sessions.
Our apologies if people have been waiting for classes to begin for this year.

FRAMING COURSES FOR 2011 Hello everyone,
Firstly, my apologies for the delayed announcing of our classes. Our teacher Deb lost everything in the January floods, so she is just starting to get on top of things and think about getting back to life beyond the mud piles. It has been a very tough time for Deb, and so many of our fellow Queenslanders.
Half of our team here and my family come from Ingham, so its been a very worrying week for us here - and I am sure for a lot of your out there. I hope everyone in your world is fine.
I have been worried sick about all our country clients - so would love to hear from you all - from Gympie north!!! What a start to the year.
We here at A1 and Bizarre Framing have been SO LUCKY and saved from any flood waters (although it came scarily close) and cyclones. I am very grateful.
On the positive, I think it has been so brilliant and reaffirming that we are just one big community to see and be a part of helping our fellow Queenslanders.
So... back to FRAMING CLASSES and moving on.
We will be running the following classes for the next couple of months to come.
SUNDAY - 27 FEBRUARY 2011
Cost will be $95.00, including all materials for you to complete two projects.
Class runs from 10.00am - 4.00pm on Sunday.
Deb Wenzel, our teacher of 20 years experience teaching do it yourself picture framing will go through all the equipment needed to do your own framing. You will then have the fun job of framing your own treasures!!! The day is a fun and informative, which we know you will enjoy.
We only take 8 students for the class, so book early.

2010 ... FRAMING YOUR STORIES
Hello everyone,
Firstly let me wish you all a very Merry Christmas-time. I hope that you have all had a good year and that 2011 is full of happy time and good health.
We have had a great year at Bizarre Framing and A1 Framing Supplies Warehouse. Even though it has been a very tough year - but am sure I am not telling you all that!!! I am just so grateful that we have such loyal clients who have kept coming to us. I also want to say, I have the best team here who are such hard workers and so conscientious in their jobs. That is getting the work finished to an excellent standard, as well as being so good with clients. I hope you all feel the same way.
During 2010 we rebranded (the new word for 2010) at Bizarre and A1 Framing Supplies. We have dragged ourselves into the 21st Century (we hope) and have changed our look. But, dont worry its still the same us. I am uploading photos so you can see our new look.
Our new (well its not really) catch phrase is - "Framing your Stories". I had two lots of "experts" come in and see what they could do. I wasnt really happy with what concepts were being presented to me. A friend asked, Jen - what do you actually do at Bizarre and A1 - and I replied - well really we frame people's stories! That is why we have the best job in the world. Whether it is a custom framing client, or a do it yourself client. All of you are coming to us to frame something of your lives. We feel so priviledged that you share part of your lives with us and honour us with allowing us to come into your homes via the picture frames we provide to make your lives/memories etc look special.
So, the long and short of that is ... thank you so much for trusting us to frame your stories.
Today is Christmas Eve and I really hope that you all have a very safe, happy Christmas.
Also, attached is our Christmas Card and vouchers that are available for next year.
